"If you love peace and quiet, this cabin will be your happy spot. It's out of the way with its private slice of babbling creek, lush ferns, mosses, rocks, and birds. Very well appointed, clean as a whistle, and all wrapped in a wonderful porch. We ate lunch along the way at quaint 'Almost on the Lake' and did a simple pasta dinner and oatmeal breakfast for our one-day stay. If you have a novel or jigsaw puzzle you want to finish, there couldn't be a better spot. I can see bringing my grands back...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The creek is so therapeutic. The property is well kept and maintained. There was so much space for my son and I to explore. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Our dog could run and play in peace. We really loved relaxing in the hot tub. I would return to this property in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others."

"Cabin was very nice and clean. Company communicated and accommodated swiftly with the original cabin being un-rentable beforehand. Only complaint is there were no laundry pods to potentially do laundry only dryer sheets. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"

"My husband, I, our son and his friend and our dog had a wonderful, relaxing vacation stay at the Buck Mountain Getaway. The cabin was well-appointed, with two large decks (where we spent most of our time enjoying the cool breezes and the view!!!!) and the boys had their own “floor” where they could play their video games without the “parents”. So happy to have have had the opportunity to enjoy our down time on Buck Mountain, in this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us."
