On the 2nd floor includes a wonderful den that offers fantastic views to the 2 Story grand mahogany family room with stone fireplace. The library with custom Brazilian cherry built with solid hand carved doors offer a room of tradition privacy. This home allows a MAXIMUM of 16 guest and 12 vehicles Common areas: Large common areas from the living room, family room loft, game room and recreational room which includes billiard/pool table, table tennis, Foosball table, Junior 7 in one pool table, toys for 2yrs to 100yrs old. With 14 sofas thru the entire home and plenty of chairs the home offers substantial room for enjoyment in many areas (and even better with so many sofas it offers extra sleeping space for friends and family at all-ages. Bar area with 7 seats. 9 cable TVs with over 300 channels both in common areas and many bedrooms. Satellite internet, Alexa and google home to make sure stay even more enjoyable. Kitchen: The home is equipped like a quality time share with full kitchen privileges with all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and spices you could want to enjoy the best meals possible. We have a full coffee station with coffee maker and Keurig to enjoy your favorite beverages. A complete updated KitchenAid appliances refrig/freezer to use as you desire as well as a double oven, dishwasher, microwave and 5 burner gas stove. With over 200s/f of amazing granite allows you a large space to eat and entertain for at least 12 people at the same time. Diningroom: Offers dining for that special occasion which offers a full set of china for up to 12 guest. The dining room seat up to 8 but the over flow guest will have an even more enjoyable time with the island areas that can seat 12 more. (If you use the formal dining dishes wash after using) Laundry: A new updated washer and dryer to use as you need with iron & ironing board to use as you need. Bedrooms: include fresh sheets, and ample towels, extra pillows, blankets as needed, all rooms have queen or king size beds except Library has pullout queen sofa bed, and a few rooms have additional twin size beds. More Beds and info: If that's not enough space we have 3 queen size mattress plus 5 blow up beds ready to go (located in the North Storage area). There were enough bedrooms for our large family. Paul communicated the problem of why they were there so we knew what to expect. The week we were there, the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the famous guitar shaped pool. Paul did purchase a pool robot to clean the pool which worked very well. I had to call Paul about a giant wasp nest by the side of the house and Paul got an exterminator out in two days which is great. Paul is a great host. ##### Susan S. The pool was phenomenal, and had all the floaties and fixings you could ever need. Definitely pack bug spray if you plan on staying outside for any period of time! We needed to contact Paul (the host) several times about internet access and some outlet problems, but he responded quickly and was able to be at the property within 15 minutes each time. Our advice would be to bring some of your own cling-wrap and materials to save your leftovers in. In addition, be aware that the steps to the upstairs floor are slippery so don't plan to put your elder relatives on the top floor. ##### Maddy B. I had 20 family and friends stay at Paul’s beautiful home. He gave us permission to host the rehearsal dinner with approximately 30 people. Everyone was delighted and there was so much room and spaces for everyone to mingle and enjoy themselves. Paul is amazing to work with the perfect host. All of our guest want to have an annual reunion as they were relaxed and truly loved the comfort and many diverse activities the home had to offer. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed being off season so we will probably stay there when the pool is open in the future. ##### Diana R. Plenty of room so all could still have some private moments. The pool was refreshing and a welcome relief from the heat. The kitchen proved to be able to handle many cooks at the same time and the ability to eat outdoors meant that all could have dinner at the same time. The area offered a large area to hit golf balls and watch the myriad of wildlife all at the same time. We watched numerous deer a flock of turkeys including 13 poults, and the prize was a bald eagle over the property. Within an hour of the property are numerous national and state park areas as well as opportunities for golfing and white water rafting. Little touches count and the owner takes care of the details. While in a beautifully quiet location nothing you could need is more than 20 minutes away. We found there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed—everything we wanted was there. There were enough sofas for each of us to have two to ourselves! The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed watching the deer frolic about. We did note there were some items that could use some TLC to make the property really shine, but we didn’t let it affect our stay. The pool was the highlight, and the toddlers loved the playground. Grandkids and kids-at-heart enjoyed the arcade games and shuffle board. The layout allowed for quiet spaces for naps for the little ones. The kitchen really functioned well as a gathering place--we could chit-chat across one island while staying out of the way of the ones cooking at the other island.
