The breathtaking architecture of the villa with its 4-meter-high glass fronts gives you insights into nature that you have never experienced before. At your disposal are three large terraces in the newly landscaped garden area, a heatable private saltwater pool, two spacious bedrooms with large double beds and fitted wardrobes, two high quality equipped separate bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area. The owners have paid great attention to the design, functionality and features of the villa. Many pieces of furniture were made by a local carpenter according to the special wishes of the owners. The fully equipped designer kitchen is the heart of the house and offers you as the entire living area a breathtaking view of the Atlantic. The house technology of the villa is also up to date. All rooms have modern underfloor heating and the kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art branded appliances. The newly landscaped garden area offers you numerous retreats. Special attention was paid to a balanced and varied planting. In every season you can see the colorful, typically palmeran plant species blooming. In addition, you are welcome to use the fruits of several freshly planted fruit trees. Here really everything grows that your heart desires: avocados, mangos, peaches, lemons, oranges, mandarins, bananas and much more! Despite the felt secluded location, you are within walking distance of the center of Puntagorda with several restaurants, supermarkets, a German bakery with delicious home-baked cakes, a health food store, and all other shops for daily needs. At the weekend you can walk to the famous "Mercadillo" in just a few minutes. There you will find a huge selection of only local products, such as fruits, vegetables, meat, the famous Palmerian goat cheese, baked goods, wine, as well as many handmade products of local artists. It is the meeting place at the weekend in the north of La Palma. This location makes our villa very special, as most of the other holiday homes are located far outside the villages and you always have to rely on a car. In January, almond trees start to bloom in Puntagorda. Every year, at the end of January / beginning of February, the almond blossom in Puntagorda is celebrated with the famous Almond Blossom Festival, and the entire north-west shines in delicate pink and white. The area around Puntagorda is a must for nature lovers. There are many varied and exciting hiking trails, viewpoints, some old windmills and extensive pine forests. Puntagorda is ideal for exploring the north of La Palma and the highest point of the island, the Roque de los Muchachos (2426m) with its world famous observatories. Since the island of La Palma is a biosphere reserve and thanks to the observatories also no-fly zone, you have such a clear view of the stars at night as nowhere else in the world. And for that you do not even have to leave the garden of the villa ... In about 40 minutes you are in Los Llanos with the famous Plaza de España and the picturesque Canarian streets and houses. The black sandy beach of Tazacorte is approximately 25 minutes away. Of course, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are also available free of charge, as is a large Weber gas grill for romantic barbecues in the sunset. Die Villa Hahn ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Sie ist modern, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Besonders toll sind die vielen Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten direkt an der Villa und im wunderschön gestalteten Garten. Die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer und Küchenbereich bieten einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Atlantik und vermitteln das Gefühl, bei jedem Wetter draußen zu sein. Die Villa Hahn in Puntagorda ist ein wunderschönes Domizil, indem man sich wirklich gut erholen kann. – Wenn es nicht zu heiß ist, und das ist schon eine deutliche Einschränkung und muss auch kritisch beleuchtet werden. Die Verwalter der Villa, Theresa und Pascal sind absolut TOP, das muss ich mit Großbuchstaben schreiben, denn die beiden haben wirklich alles gemacht, was möglich war, waren immer erreichbar und supernett und freundlich!!! Danke Theresa, danke Pascal. Vorneweg: Das Objekt selbst, inklusive des Grundstücks ist einfach eine Augenweide. Man sieht auf den ersten Blick, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und gestaltet ist. – Dafür dickes Lob an die Vermieter, die Familie Hahn. Allerdings und da muss ich einfach zurückkommen, ist die, wie es beschrieben steht, moderne Haustechnik, einfach nicht gut geplant. Wir hatten sicherlich eine Hitzewelle, die allerdings auf den Kanaren keine Seltenheit ist, und das war einfach nur eine Qual, denn die Schlafzimmer sind so hochgeheizt, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Der Wohnbereich ist vollkommen unproblematisch, denn hier sind sehr große Glasschiebeelemente an jeder Seite und ruckzuck ist es abends durchgelüftet. In den Schlafzimmern staut sich die Hitze, wir hatten nachts um 3 Uhr immer noch, trotz offener Fenster, 40 ° C. Das ist unerträglich und das kann niemandem zugemutet werden. Dazu kommt, dass die moderne Haustechnik es auch nicht zulässt, dass aus dem Kaltwasseranschluss Kaltwasser kommt, nicht einmal l ##### Falko S. Da wir aber Deutsche sind und der Deutsche an sich gern herumkritisiert, haben wir noch eine klitzekleine Info für die hoffentlich zahlreichen Gäste, die nach uns kommen: die Hähne und die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft haben - insbesondere nachts und gegen Morgen ein starkes Mitteilungsbedürfnis und dieses ist recht laut in der ansonsten vollkommenen Stille. Für empfindliche Personen sind also Ohrstöpsel für die Nacht nicht verkehrt. Mir haben die Tierkonzerte ein paar schlaflose Nächte beschert, aber - hei, wir hatten Urlaub, was soll’s?! ##### Simone B. Die Lage ist ausserordentlich gut, weil für Einkäufe das Auto stehen gelassen werden kann. Das Dorf Puntagorda selber bietet allerdings nicht sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausflugsziele können von hier aus sehr gut erreicht werden . Weil das Haus mit dem Pool so schön ist, sind wir allerdings die meiste Zeit hiergeblieben... Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt auf La Palma würden wir uns bestimmt wieder für die Villa Hahn entscheiden! ##### Urs H.
