"The resort was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and caring! Our butler Edith was wonderful and very attentive to our needs! Room service was fast, warm and tasty! From the moment we stepped on the property to moment we left on our shuttle every employee was smiling and very friendly! The only thing I wish they had was food service at your pool chair. Tons of bar service walking around but ordering food around the pool wasn’t an option. "

"This was our second visit to The Beloved. It's a perfect vacation for couples. From the moment you arrive until you check out, the staff makes you feel welcome and special. The restaurants are very good, I'd say comparable to most fine dining restaurants in the US. I can't think of anything more relaxing than sitting on a lounge chair under a thatch umbrella on the beach at Playa Mujeres, while the wait staff takes care of your every need, and cute iguanas wander around. Highly, highly recommended."
