"Pros: Great customer service and excellent employees. Beautiful resort and it is well maintained. Great restaurants. Beautiful swim up bar. Resort did a very good job of keeping children out of adult only sections. Breakfast buffet was awesome for service and food selection/quality. Felt very secure at all times at the resort. Cons: Very difficult to get restaurant reservations (no availability at any of the restaurants for 3 of the 7 evenings we were there). Poor internet service in room. Last two days couldn't get TV reception and room phone didn't work so couldn't contact the front desk via that method. Pool was too cold for several days of our stay so we couldn't use the beautiful swim up bar or pool. Hot tubs not hot either. No adult only table at the separately purchased beach BBQ (could purchase a separate small table for $40 USD!). Would be nice to have an adults only section at the breakfast/brunch buffet area."

"Visited with my wife and two you kinds (9 & 4). The rooms were beautiful. The property was amazing. Everything about this place was great. Staff members were super helpful, happy, and friendly. Highly recommend the place. Long story but, I originally only planned on staying here for the last night of our vacation (Sunday night, leave Monday) but, due to weather issues back at home. I couldn’t get a flight home until Thursday. Luckily this place has availability to extend my stay. Very helpful in a tough situation. We did one of the garden rooms the first night without all inclusive (again was supposed to be just one night). We loved the first floor level especially for the four year old. He could just walk out and enjoy the lawn between the pool. Very easy location for the kids without having to deal with an elevator. Remaining nights we had a one bedroom with a king and pull out couch. It was huge. Beautiful spot. We ended up doing the all inclusive for remaining stay and that was a good call. The property is kind of isolated and far from the main part of Cancun so, you are kind of forced to eat on site. However, there are so many food options that are really good. "
