Nourriture froide, serveur inexistant.Le buffet réduit de moitié avec un choix limité. Une seule personne pour faire le service de boisson autour de la piscine ce qui est irréaliste. Les chaises de la piscine ne sont pas entretenues convenablement. La chambre était propre et bien équipée,les chaises en bois sur le balcon n’étaient pas confortables. Maintenant ,l’arrivée se fait à midi,sinon il y a une charge de 350 pesos par adulte .La chambre est disponible pour 15 hr comme partout ailleurs.Le départ est pour 11 hrs ce qui me semble tôt comparé à d’autres hôtels.Si vous avez un vol en fin journée on vous autorise à profiter de l’endroit pour un autre 350 pesos. L’ensemble de l’endroit est ok sans plus, nous avons été très déçu car nous aimions beaucoup cet hôtel et l’avons recommandé à plusieurs reprises.
