Great service BUT
Despite of letting the front desk know (ahead of time and at our arrival) that we were in our honeymoon the Front Desk assigned our room to the Kid Central wing of the Hotel, too noisy and chikdren were out of control.
Also, the air conditioning broke that first night and at our return from dinner we found a huge puddle of water in our room, the Front Desk didn't help us with another room, instead they send house keeping with a bunch of towels very late at night and maintenance game to the room until the next morning, so me and my wife had to walk in wet towels. You would expect this to happen in a Holiday Inn and not in a Four Seasons.
Otherwise, the Service of the rest of the stage, the facilities, the beaches and the location was impeccable
