Includes 2 full baths, executive office, beautifully furnished family room, and laundry room on site. Two bedrooms are on one side with a Jack and Jill bathroom between. Master bedroom is the opposite side of the home with a very large bathroom including a huge shower, 2 sinks and jetted tub. Brand new flooring throughout and the updated kitchen and family room are comfortably in the middle of the property with wonderful 90° doors to the Florida Room. Also, inside there is a large family space with updated lighting and a brand new kitchen. Outside includes a covered Florida room with heated pool, spacious fully fenced and beautifully landscaped backyard. Amenities such as bedding and towels, kitchen appliances, many kitchen devices, tasteful and cozy furniture to comfortably fit 6 people (up to 8).
