There is a beautiful walking and biking path 3/4 of a mile away. Private, quiet and convenient with all the amenities you could ask for from a "Super Host"! The Space: 720 sq. ft. apartment (duplex). You will be staying in one side of the duplex. Completely private and quiet. Guest Access: One side of a duplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and laundry room. The Neighborhood: Punta Gorda is a beautiful small town with some of the best restaurants and bars in Charlotte County. Getting Around: Close to downtown and only 3/4 of a mile from a beautiful walking/bike path that borders Charlotte Harbor. The home was very clean with nice closet space and room to move around. The bed was a queen and fairly comfortable. We enjoyed having the kitchen and morning coffee with a Keurig machine. We were able to enjoy breakfast and then go about our day. While the duplex is close to a main road with some traffic noise, we barely noticed it as we slept throughout the night. We loved that it was close to fabulous downtown Punte Gorda, Port Charlotte and Venice beach. It was spacious and a much better value than a hotel stay (minus a pool). You might want to pack an extra blanket in case you are the cold type (like me) as there weren't any available. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs. ##### Jeanne H. It has been newly remodeled and it is beautiful. Very modern and clean. Loved the colors and the decor. Walking distance to Fat Point brewery which was great and just a short ride to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and live music at night. Host was very accommodating to our needs.
