Only thing that would have improved it is aspects of the house need fixed but is expected with a vacation rental. Dawn was so incredibly responsive and nice. Beautiful home in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet it was only minutes away from excellent restaurants and shopping for groceries and supplies, or a nearby highway that whisked you to local beaches and attractions. Friendly neighbors who would wave at you as you went by, and there was a large neighborhood playground with tennis and basketball courts a few blocks away. The home had all the amenities and appliances you could imagine. My daughter, her husband, and our grandson stayed in the spacious master suite, which was conveniently located on the other side of the house from the bedroom my wife and I occupied. There were multiple entrances directly onto the pool, and, with a four-year-old in tow, we appreciated the locks and alarms on the pool entries. We didn't have to worry about him sneaking into the pool area. With both a separate living/dining room area and family room/kitchen it was easy to break up into groups, with one playing games while the other watched television. My family and I enjoyed the heck out of this very clean, spacious property with plenty of room for the whole family. My kids lived in the pool and the adults enjoyed beverages on the large patio area around the pool area. The communication with Dawn was easy and was very responsive to all our questions.
