\- 27-night minimum stay required per HOA  
\- 24/7 Guard gated community  
\- Lead guest must be age 25 or older. ID is checked upon registration at the resort.  
\- Guests will receive the membership transfer form via email before arrival.  
\- Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for membership card paid upon arrival to HOA.  
\- Golf membership transfer is $200 for one month, $300 for two months, $400 for three or more months cost covered by the owner when requested by the guest.   
\- Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.  
\- Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.   
\- Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.   
\- Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. Prices subject to change and must be confirmed with the clubhouse.  
\- NOTICE: The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday thru Friday from 1pm-4pm.  
18 Holes - Prices will vary depending on the season from $50 to $120 per guest. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, this is something that is arranged between the guest and the clubhouse.

#### Enjoyable stay for up to 4 people...

The condo was newer, comfortable, and nice and clean. However, the kitchen could have been better equipt with larger bowls and platters for side dishes. The main bedroom was fully furnished, but the other 2 bedrooms could each use a dresser to put clothes. The condo sleeps 6, but the table only sits 5 and the LR only sits 4, 5 (using the ottoman as a seat.) Seating was a bit tricky when family was there.
