The neighbors were very friendly, the street decorated for Christmas. The huge kitchen/great room allowed us to have our adult children join us for dinner and game nigh. There were good things like being stocked with every possible kitchen appliance one might need. The pool was quite nice. However the furniture was dark, heavy, very well-worn and not a Florida look. The beds were very, very uncomfortable, two having a slab of foam on top of a sort of mattress. Only one bed was okay but very high and not real easy for my short friend to navigate. The house is in disrepair though it looks like work is being done. But it's not a good look. Screen doors slammed shut off the pool area.
