Welcome to Fishtail, your dream waterfront oasis in Punta Gorda, Florida! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the epitome of luxury living combined with the serene beauty of canal-side living.  
  
As you step into this meticulously crafted residence, you're greeted by an open-concept floor plan seamlessly blending the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The spacious living room features large windows that flood the space with natural light while offering breathtaking views of the canal. Imagine relaxing here, enjoying the tranquil sights and sounds of waterfront living. This home is "wired for sound" with the living and pool areas being able to stream your music via Bluetooth connection from your smart phone.  
  
Step outside to your own private paradise. The screened-in patio is ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the Florida sunshine. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling saltwater pool, or simply unwind or fish on the deck while enjoying the serene views of the canal. Bring your boat and tie it up to the dock for added enjoyed.  
  
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting granite countertops, all the appliances you could think of, ample cabinetry, and a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining or entertaining guests. Whether you're hosting intimate gatherings or grand dinner parties, this kitchen is sure to impress.  
  
The primary bedroom is a private retreat, offering a spacious sanctuary with direct access to the outdoor patio and pool area. The attached bathroom is a luxurious escape, featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and stylish finishes throughout.  
  
Three additional bedrooms provide comfort and relaxation, perfect for family members or friends. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a large walk-in shower.  
  
Located in the charming community of Punta Gorda, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Explore nearby shops, restaurants, parks, and entertainment options, or venture out for a day of adventure along the Gulf Coast.  
  
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.   
  
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
