Welcome to “Blue Turtle-Escape,” your perfect home away from home in Punta Gorda, Florida. We are Shelly Erving and Tony Schwartz, and we are thrilled to share our dream home with you. Our love for this area inspired us to create a luxurious retreat, and we hope you enjoy every moment of your stay.

Whether you're looking for days sailing on the water, casting a fishing line, or lounging on a nearby sandy beach, this Punta Gorda home has it all! The 4-bedroom, 2-bath Executive Level vacation rental promises a taste of life in the Sunshine State.
Every upgrade you can imagine this home is “Like New” and promises to impress. Updated at every level including the kitchen with granite counters, upper end stainless appliances, breakfast bar, dining table and a walkout to the large lanai and pool area, all overlooking a large family/gathering room with 70” Smart TV, new leather couches and top of the line custom finishes.
On the other side of the house is another large living room area with new leather furniture, another 70” Smart TV and walkout to the large lanai and pool area.
\- GUEST COUNT: Sleeps up to 8 people. Extra Guest Fees apply for guests 7 & 8
The master bedroom is huge with a new King Bed, 70” Smart TV, large walk-in closet and another walkout to the lanai/pool area. The master bath boasts a granite double vanity sink, large glass walk-in shower and a huge window overlooking a private garden.
The 2nd bedroom also has top quality finishes, a new king bed, a walkout to the lanai/pool area, a 55” Smart TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 also has a new King bed, 55” Smart TV and walk-in closet.
There is also a den with a pullout queen bed.
Last but not least is an amazing huge stone and screened in Lanai/Pool area with 3 separate “under roof” sitting areas with lights and ceiling fans, a large Saltwater Pool and Hot tub and large gas grill.
From there you go out to your own private dock that is a 7-minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor and access to some of the best fishing, beaches, restaurants and bars around.
We have peddle bikes to ride anywhere you want to go including the Historic Downtown District or Ponce De Leon Park/beach which is about a 15 minute walk from the house.
Of course, there is also all the amazing things to do in Punta Gorda. There is some of the best dining options in all of Florida, only 2 miles from the house is Fisherman’s Village which offers amazing shopping, dining, boat rentals, tours and so much more. There is some of the best fishing in Florida and plenty of beautiful golf courses for your enjoyment.
This is our personal home, and we can assure you that it is truly an Executive Level Experience, and you will not be disappointed. We are providing you with a beautiful home with top-of-the-line amenities and know you will enjoy and respect this property and want to come back again and again.

Perfection. The home is beautiful inside and out. Very well appointed from the kitchen to the linens. We thoroughly enjoyed our nearly two weeks here and plan to return sometime soon. All TVs are smart. All appliances are quite new. Lanai is huge for relaxing sunny and rainy days. Two relaxing rooms for separating of young and old. Gorgeous Furnishings.

#### Our Favorite Spot in Charlotte County
This is our 3 stay at this property. It is always clean and thoughtfully prepared for travelers with some toiletries available for your use (shampoo, conditioner, etc.), a kitchen with everything you need to prepare food (including a grill outside), and coolers and chairs in the garage for beach days. They are incredibly responsive and resolved anything that came up very quickly. They obviously know what they are doing and they do it spectacularly. We enjoyed the pool and sitting areas in the pool area, 2 living rooms, and 4 bedrooms. It is an awesome house that is comfortable enough to live in and fabulous enough to vacation in. Thanks so much!

#### Florida Living at its Finest
Short get away to enjoy this wonderful canal neighborhood. Close to all southwest Florida has to offer. Sanibel Island Beach is worth the drive but downtown Punta Gorda is also a delight. We turned off the air and opened the house to enjoy indoor outdoor living and relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained.

#### Fabulous home in the Sun!!
The house has everything you need and the layout is great for a family or two. The pool is warm and great with all the toys/floats. Kayaking from the dock is fun too! Easy walk to Fishermen's Village (40 mins) where there are tons of shops and restaurants. Just a mile from a park that has a beach and you can see beautiful sunsets. You won't be disappointed in this rental!!!

From the initial inquiry to the check out and beyond … the communication was superb! Thank you doesn’t begin to espresso how myself and family feels . This property is not only a Heavenly place it has every item needed to have a perfect vacation! We would recommend it to anyone ! Everything in the home was spotless and had everything we would ever need, including toothbrushes, Bandaids, coffee, spices -- the list is endless. If we had a question, the owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to our questions. We had problems getting the front porch lights on at night. He fixed that issue remotely. Just absolutely loved the home!!!

We've rented several homes through VROB in the past and this house was by far the best. The house was much nicer than what we saw on the PICS, was furnished very nicely, and the house had all of the essentials that were needed. (Soaps, Detergent, Paper Products, etc) Would definitely recommend and can be used as a reference, if needed.
