Pros: the hut umbrellas
Cons: food
Location: location was perfect loved the beach
pleased with the resort and loved the hut umbrellas on the beach. Wish there were more choices of restaurants.

Initially placed in building that was being renovated. We had "clean" towels that had permanent stains. Falsely advertised Vichy shower spa treatment - which a factor in booking this hotel.

You get what you paid for. Spend a few more dollars and stay at a real resort. Their all inclusive is bad, no choices, their service is horrible.. They want to charge you extra for some restaurants etc. they do t have a restaurant or room service and not to mention there is NO Wi-fi.. I would never stay here again and would not reccomend it. Im sad Expedia actually does business with them

Pros: la camera con vista mare è sicuramente un plus che non va trascurato

Location: l'hotel è posizionato sulla meravigliosa spiaggia di Bavaro, lontana da qualsiasi centro abitato
tutte le aspettative di questa vacanza hanno avuto conferma nella realtà. è un bellissimo hotel anche se un po datato; buona la ristorazione, ottime le pulizie e i servizi in generale. l'unico neo è la reception che considera Cliente il tour operator e non certo il turista che è ospitato. per i servizi supplementari a richiesta normalmente non è accettata la carta di credito e si fa fatica ad ottenere le ricevuto dei pagamenti cash.

They didn't have my room for me when I got they Sent me to another hotel which was only a one bed accommodation ,not including my flight was better than an hour late in which we lost the hole day

Pros: Though the hotel was older; it was kept spotless! Staff were always smiling an accommodating even though working long hours.
Cons: More accurate desciptions of excursions. Son-in-law went to windsurf and found board to be worn/outdated ;wi-fi was almost impossible to connect to.
Hotel was spotless, staff extremely accommodating; our needs were taken care of even though not all understood English. Have no complaints about accommodations. Foods however; the meats overall were overcooked to my taste - though I believe may be a cultural difference - didn't matter whether bacon, burgers or steaks. Speciality restaurants were great! Seafood, Italian and the best for me was the Mexican; both for food and one of the best margarita's I've had in a long time. Biggest complaint of my fellow travelers was that in all inclusive package, top shelf alcohol was not included. Excursions offered by on ground personnel were a joke. None of the packages were what we signed up for. ie.: snorkling package - bartered down from $80 to 65.00 pp. What we got was 1.5 hour ride to site, stopping off to shop for 45 min on the way(didn't want to shop), only getting 15mins to snorkle, and then being taken to beach for 3.5 hours, followed by a booze-stop over. Was a good day- but not what we had paid for.

Custo benefício, mas...

O hotel possui bom custo benefício. A comida, a estrutura, o atendimento, o quarto (fiquei na suíte superior), a piscina e a área de praia são bons, mas não ótimos. As bebidas são horríveis: não é mais a cerveja Presidente, agora é uma tal de Quisquey, bem ruim, sucos industrializados e refrigerantes nacionais. Para quem tem disponibilidade, sugiro pagar mais por um resort melhor, para quem não tem é uma boa opção mais em conta para conhecer as praias de Punta Cana, que são lindas.
