If so, this is it! An easy in-and-out ground floor condo, situated in the favored Los Corales neighborhood of Grunwald I. Guests have quick access to a private beach section, on the Los Corales beach sandwiched between beach restaurants, providing palapa umbrellas and lounge chairs specific for Grunwald owners and guests. The Grunwald I community provides a leisurely outdoor lounging area. A cute, gated community consisting of only 13 condos. Beautifully landscaped with a variety of tropical plants, a nice swimming pool, a palapa (shaded) lounge area with new pool loungers, and private parking, with onsite security. This spacious 1 Bedroom condo has a great open floorplan. A sizable bathroom and a laundry-storage area with washing machine. JUST A SHORT WALK TO SO MUCH within our fun, safe, expat neighborhood of El Cortecito.
