It is super clean and perfectly located on a nice portion of the beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance in a safe area. No car is needed (you can tke a taxi to the Jumbo supermarket and stock up on well-priced groceries)! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There are TWO LARGE patios with nice views of the ocean! And the free umbrella and chairs on the beach are a major bonus!!! Security is friendly and very present, ensuring that only condo guests are utilizing the amenities on the property and on the beach. There is some residual noise from the hotel next door some night, but it usually dies down by 10 pm. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be back! ##### Ray B. A couple (literally) steps out the front is beach, restaurants, shopping, ocean etc. A couple steps out the back is every possible need or desire- Countless restaurants, groceries, bars, live music, shopping, spas, etc. This unit is great for 2 people. 2 full baths. It is 4th floor, which means you get a balcony like all units AND a huge rooftop partially covered deck. It's simply killer! There are many units available at PTOC but get one of the ones managed by GoPuntaCanaVacations. They reply and fix issues immediately and most importantly they know exactly what matters to us and make sure that each of their listing have these priority items- Good wifi, good cable, 5 gals+ big bottle of water, toiletries, towels, beach towels, lockbox for keys, digital safe, etc. They're not just some guy in Spain who bought a unit and posted it on VRBO. Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Scott H. 21 juill. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Great place to stay The condo was great and the property manager was very helpful. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and then taken to a large grocery store before we were taken to the condo. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. Our only complaint was that the main A/C unit wasn't working. Management had maintenance come and fix it. It worked for a few hours and then went out again. We contacted manager again who sent the maintenance crew back. They got it up and running again but it only for a few hours. It was the second week of July so it was very hot outside. The A/C in the bedroom was separate from the main unit and it worked great. There was a small wall AC unit in the loft area we turned on high along with a standing fan we used to blow the cold air down to the main floor. We were able to keep temperature to about 78° Fahrenheit during the nights and around 81° during the day time. When we checked out we explained the situation to staff member who then contacted management due to the fact that we used more electricity as a result of the AC system not functioning correctly. Manager gave us a 10 % discount on the electricity bill which we thought was far. We will stay at K403 unit when we come back to the Dominican republic. If that unit isn't available then we would consider another unit that is being managed by the same management company. Our trip in the Dominican was great and the people are so nice. ##### Scott H. Very responsive if problems occur. Super clean and in great condition. Well equipped kitchen. No bugs. Wifi works great. Condos are beautiful, well located and safe. Pool was not overly crowded even on weekend. Quiet. Easy access to the beach. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. I was impressed with the extra towels and beach towels provided without even being asked. We were pleased with the grounds and how close the beach was to the condo. Great dinning and stores were within walking distance and the beach bar was amazing!!
