Big hotel grounds

Nice grounds to explore. Food was standard for an A.I. The weather wasn’t great while we were there otherwise it was good.

Amazing Resort

Pros: The beautiful grounds, rooms, and the pool.
We had an awesome time at the Maria Caribe Tropical. The room was everything we wanted and more. The food and drinks were good, and the wait staff was friendly and considerate. Our overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this resort. We hope to go back again in the furture.

Beautful resort!

Will for sure be returning. The resort itself is wonderful! Rooms are clean and staff is excellent. Food was great as wel. Check in and check out did take longer than expected but otherwise our trip was unforgettable. Definitely recommend!

Huge resort and food was pretty good

Check-in was TERRIBLE!!! Our group booked our trip in September and asked the hotel to put our rooms near each other, they said they would. We confirmed this 3 times before our trip, giving them our names and hotel confirmation numbers. Check in took over 2 hours!! (We were at the front desk longer than we were at the airport). One room wasn’t ready at 6pm and told us to come back at 730pm to get the keys. Later in the evening, spending another hour and half at he front desk, when we went back to get the keys, the room wasn’t ready!!! It wasn’t available until 11 PM!!!!!! They didn’t even offer to comp the day and when we asked for the comp, because we didn’t have the room for the day, the guy at the front desk blamed us for not taking another room (in another building away from our group, when it was previously confirmed a room would be near the rest of our group). It was annoying to have to spend so much time at the front desk for a short stay. One of our room’s had dirty sheets. It has make up stains on it, which was only visible when we untucked the blankets.... gross!! There was also an issue about room service, our building apparently wasn’t supposed to have room service menus that stated it was $10 per service. They were trying to charge us $10 per plate! Each of our rooms had to complain and explain that we all the menus in our room and only then we got the room service for $10.

Very Nice resort!! I suggest sime sort of a club

We had an excellent time!! The staff in the resort is really nice but the front desk needs to improve on their instructions about where the restaurants in facilities are located! I suggest a much larger map of the facility. I think the resort could use a separate night club which includes all genres of music and possibly a comedy club too. I really enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend this facility to another family and friends

Nice hotel very big

Pros: Its a absolutely beautiful resort..
Cons: Food served hotter.
Location: Resort has vendors there for all kind of excursions. its a 3 minute walk to a enclosed mall ( small mall).
We had a great time first day there we arrived in early evening so we weren't able to find our way around. Was upset they put our party at separate ends of the resort (booked 2 rooms on the reservation), but the next day they did move us closer to the pool and beach, and right next to each other, Three of the restaurants were closed due to a fire. The other restaurants were just ok, seems like the food was always just barely warm, but the plate was super hot.

Beautiful spacious resort with many amenities.

We upgraded to the LEVEL with the help of Mr. Edward Felix. Mr. Felix went over and above all expectations to insure our stay was exceptional. We were so impressed with Mr. Felix personal touch to details that we are booking the same trip again next year! Our suite was very spacious and the food was superior to any other all-inclusive we have visited over the years.

Upgrade to the rooms close to beach.

Pros: Grounds were beautiful!
Cons: Better mattress.
Location: Stayed on property. No reason to leave the grounds.
It's a very large property, lovely as well. But get a room near the beach. Great trip and the staff was wonderful.
