Not just an apartment, a home for you Punta Cana vacation! We have the perfect spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a comfortable stay in Punta Cana. Our newly decorated apartment comes fully equipped to host 6 guests in style and comfort. The apartment is located in the Cortecito neighborhood, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and stores. The beautiful Bavaro Beach is just a short 8 min walk from the apartment. You have everything you need to create the perfect vacation just steps away!

The space
Walking distance to Finding a comfortable place to stay for larger groups can be a challenge in the Bavaro area. This apartment is full equipped and ready to host up to 6 guest comfortably. The living space is furnished with stylish furnishings that encourage relaxation - the perfect place to have a cocktail or spend time with family. You can enjoy high- speed internet in the apartment and in the common area, and the privacy that the enclosed complex provides. There is 24 hour security and and a designated covered parking space for each apartment.

This spacious apartment includes 2 large bedrooms, which both include:
A comfortable queen sized beds, the second one is equipped with 2 full-sized beds
Full ensuite bathrooms, with large showers
A balcony that let in the ocean breeze and overlook the neighborhood

Love this condo. EVERYTHING you need is here. Beach towels and chairs, kitchen appliances etc. Have stayed here twice. Garry is an extremely responsive property manager, any questions or concerns are addresssed immediately. Restaurant, Juice Bar and the beach is walking distance. You won't be disappointed. Already booked our next geteway here.

Space is luxury they say...This condo offers both luxury and space. Located in a beautiful and quiet residential area, walking distance to beaches/restaurants. It's tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. The host Garry was very kind, helpful and always available. He makes things easier for us by accepting to coordinated our transportation to and from the airport. He even offered to drive us to the mini market the evening of our arrival to have food for the children. We thank you Garry for your kindness. I'll absolutely stay here again.

Place was comfortable . Spacious . Neighborhood is near beach maybe a 5 block way. Neighbor hoood is safe. We even seen a couple bulls walking through the streets from time to time. Ac works. Tv is efficient with internet connections etc. great spot . From a #spoiledamerican makes me want to buy a condo here

Location was great as stated. Beds were not comfortable,actually I slept on the couch. Not well organized in kitchen but enough dishes and pots etc. No towels or water and pool could have been cleaner. Overall I enjoyed my stay and this is just somethings to work on would stay again

Garry's condo was a great find. It's clean, spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. The exterior/common areas are well kept as well. The location is walkable (no need for a car). It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach and 5 -10 minutes to local restaurants. The only negative is that they are currently (Feb 2023) building new condos across the street which translates into the typical construction noise when you're at the pool. Inside with the windows closed it wasn't an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pack a bag and head to your home away from home. This condo is clean, decorated beautifully with warm colors and comfy beds with all of your amenities covered. Garry was the BEST host.The check-in and checkout process was seamless. He was responsive and available to all our needs.. Can't wait to return.
