At that time we then got a message with a complete different property (keep in mind we have a taxi waiting on us to figure it out) then received a text stating she had someone in the one we booked for 9 nights and was not available. We ended up just booking a hotel for a ridiculous price and she still denied my refund when I asked for it. If I could give it a 0 I would.
