If you don’t speak Spanish, good luck ! First I would like to say my stay was supposed to be stress free and it was everything but that ! My first night was terrible because when it rained it rain in my room, not from the overflow but from the actual ceiling. When I went to tell them about it I guess for them this is where it got confusing. They thought they could smooth my $3,000 reservation over with booking my eating arrangements. I could do that myself . If you don’t speak English they go around trying to help , talk or fix anything for you.
