### Condo with 3BR in Cana Pearl II / Cana Bay

Enjoy a modern, private, luxurious and beautifully furnished apartment located on the third level overlooking the pool and lake, on the grounds of the fabulous Hard Rock Punta Cana Hotel at Cana Bay with a magnificent infinity pool and overlooking the Hard Rock Golf Punta Cana golf course, designed by the famous Jack Nicklaus overlooking the lake and five minutes away is the private Cana Bay Beach Club (ask us for access) and 5 minutes from the public Macao beach by car.  
  
In the Cana Bay area, just a few meters from the Cana Bay residential complex, you'll find the Hard Rock Casino & Resort Hotel, the resort's restaurants, a 27-hole golf course, and a clubhouse and restaurant, the most beautiful private beach club in the entire Caribbean. This residential area is one of the safest in Punta Cana, with 24-hour security, in addition to having multiple private amenities that you can access easily and without much protocol. \*Reminder: Electricity is not fully included. We will cover up to 30kWh per day; any excess will be charged an additional USD $0.50 per KWh. We will send you a statement of your consumption at the end of your stay.  
  
This is a beautiful family penthouse located on the third level, fully equipped and furnished. The first level features a bedroom with a king-size bed and its private bathroom, a spacious kitchen with everything you need for your stay, a dining room for 8 people, and a living room with a wonderful view of the pool and lake. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom and a service area with a washer/dryer. The second level features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two full beds, each with its own private bathroom. A living room with a digital TV and three sofas to share with your guests and family. The dryer is currently disabled.  
  
\- Access to the wonderful Cana Pearl II pool. - Cana Pearl II is strategically located 700 meters from the private beach club "Cana Bay." For a minimum consumption of ($35) per person, you can access its beautiful beach and enjoy its infinity pool (much better than a hotel day pass!). - There are nearby beaches with free access, such as Cortesito, Los Corales, and Macao (well-known for being a beach for taking surf lessons on one side and for being quiet on the other), with many restaurants and shops in front. - Staying at Cana Pearl II does not provide any special access to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino services. The hotel's day pass only provides access to these services; its modified rate is per day per person. - Guests can visit the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for free (just go to the lobby and inform them that you will be visiting the public areas or the casino).
