The property needs to simplify check-in experience. It was terrible for us, just terrible - complete chaos. As a VIP guest, this was not acceptable. I had 2 kids with me and we waited in line for about 1.5 hrs on Tuesday afternoon. The staff simply doesn't have enough workstations or not trained. The service at buffet was not good too - the girls are too busy and can't even bring glasses or napkins. Food and drinks were good but service was not great. Most staff do NOT speak good English (Buffet or Reception). They really need to learn English to serve global guests

The property was amazing. The resort is large but they have a trolly that you can take. The food is buffet style with a wide selection. The only time we felt was an inconvenience was when the pool towls ran out, so i suggest to bring your own if you don't want to be stuck without one ( it can sometimes get a bit chilly toward the night). Staff was friendly. Overall I had a wonderful time at this resort.

The burgers wore terrible, staff broked my luggage and had to ask for room towels 3 times on 3 different occasions. Other than that place is beautiful, buffet is great and beach and pools wore beautiful.

The only thing I like was the entertainment these guys keep hotel alive , specially Deivi and Lismel they made ua feel like a family !! What we didn’t like is that our room had cockroaches it was terrible saving to switch rooms in the middle of the night to another room with cockroaches .

Property is beautiful, customer service was ok, some workers were rude while others made up for the behavior of the rude ones. The beach was GORGEOUS. Food was mediocre and drinks were ok, good thing about this hotel is that there is SO MUCH TO DO AT THIS HOTEL.

The things that i didn't like were the food in buffet need to be improved and the staff need to be training to help the guests when they ask some information about the hotel..it look like nobody knows nothing about the property

This property was great - had so many amenities we were able to do during our stay, both indoor and outdoor! Plenty of space to hangout at the beach or pool. Spa was fabulous. Food overall very good and staff was attentive. Only complaint was the golf course staff - we had an 830 reservation and they did not get us on the course until 1030, very inconvenient.

Overall a decent property. A bit dated and starting to show its age around the edges, but overall clean and comfortable with a wide variety of activities/things to see and experience. Checking in was a bit cumbersome and could(should) be improved - way to much paperwork and manual processes. Room was dated, but clean and comfortable - bed was extremely comfortable. Food was ok. Lakes Golf was good. Nightly shows at theater were good. Pool/Beach were good/as expected. No real issues.

This resort had so many things to do, I was never bored i my 7 day stay. They had great service, food, entertainment for th ewhole family. They had a sports bar for my husband, a kids club, a water park, and kiddie pools for he kids. They had a casino, and many stores for us who love to shop. It was amazing.

Absolutely terrible resort, the worst I’ve been to. Staff were extremely rude and mean. They ignored guests when questions were asked. They acted like guests were annoying and staff acted like didn’t want to be there. Food was awful. The entire group got food poisoning and restaurants served raw steak that wasn’t edible. Room was worn down and dirty. Balcony hot tub had brown water when filled. All around disgusting.

The place is beautiful. The food was not great. The restaurants available were very pretty, but the food was average. Our hot tub jacuzzi, had a very weird pulse. The Jets did not distribute water at a good pressure. Two handyman came to look at it, and both told us that there was nothing wrong with it. It was pretty annoying. We overall had a lovely time at the beach and in the pool. Wouldn't stay there again, maybe if We get a free vacation. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't amazing

We had a great time here. This property has plenty to do and I much bigger than we expected. I was not sure about the food at first, the breakfast buffet was the same every morning and Strickers Sports Bar was underwhelming, but the Hibachi at the Japanese restaurant, the Mexican restaurant and lunch buffet at Miramar were all excellent. Would recommend making reservations right when you arrive. Also enjoyed the shows each night. Set up a trip to Monkeyland through Runners Adventures and a Catamaran and snorkeling trip through Happy Fish right next door. Would recommend both. The spa was also amazing. Would go back again with the family and would also be a great place for a couple.
