The apartment in El Cortecito, downtown Bávaro. Walking distance to everything you need to enjoy your stay, beach access, supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, car rental agencies, etc.  
  
Chairs, umbrella, and beach cooler available.  
  
NON-SMOKING apartment, only allowed on the balcony.  
  
No pets  
  
Electricity not included. Cool apartment, average customer consumption less than 10 us per day.  
Consumption meter in the apartment.  
The space  
First-floor apartment facing the pool. It has 2 bedrooms, one with two full-size beds, the other with a queen-size bed. In the living room you have a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living room have Smart TV and A/C.  
Each room has its own bathroom.  
The kitchen is spacious and has several appliances  
The beach is a few minutes walk away  
Guest access  
You can enjoy the residents' pool and common areas.  
Other things to note  
PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken on arrival and again on departure so that customers only pay for their own use at the current rate/kW).  
The meter is in the apartment, so you can see the actual consumption every day.  
Other customers' daily electricity price is less than $10 per day.
