"Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who are so helpful and wonderful! Valet parking, beautiful rooms! Very accommodating. The staff remember your names and are so happy and smiley! It’s like living in a luxury jungle. We specifically chose this hotel as it was the only one with consistent amazing reviews and it didn’t disappoint. It’s right at the end of the ‘strip’ so it’s lovely and quiet as we didn’t go to tulum for the ‘party’. ONE FOR THE LADIES - all hotels in tulum are run off generators so if you take your Dyson it won’t work 😂 check your voltage on the Dyson website as I looked a little like a cave man till the humidity broke "
