The detached villa is modernly furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and terrace.  
  
**Your holiday house**  
**Your villa** consists of 3 floors, 7 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 255 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:  
**Ground floor**: Living room 25 sqm and with TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.  
 **1st floor**: 3 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 3 bathrooms each 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.  
 **2nd floor**: 2 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 3 bathrooms each 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.  
 In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable and satellite.  
  
**Location**  
Punat. The villa is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
