« We stayed in this hotel for 325$ per night because no other option was available due to basketball games in the city. It was definitely overpriced. It looked like the hotel was recently cheaply renovated. Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was free, but below average. We didn’t have a good rest due to a lot of extra noises. »

« Très déçu. C'est trop cher pour le prix payé. Nous avions la chambre 2\. Impossible de passer entre le côté droit du lit et le mur à cause de la climatisation. Pas de table ou d'étagère pour un simple smartphone de ce côté. Isolation phonique inexistante : des gens parlaient sur la terrasse jusqu'à 2h00! Ils sont passés sur TV ensuite jusqu'à 5h...et comme l'isolation n'avait pas changé entre temps. La chambre est petite et surtout mal organisée, contrairement à tous autres les hôtels de notre...

« Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...
