« A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned....

« this was the perfect site to stay at for a work group. we were able to split up into male/female apartments. parking was good at the house and readily available for overflow nearby. everything was clean and new looking. beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the walls are pretty thin, so you hear everything above and beside your rooms and the neighbor was really loud with tv/radio some mornings/evenings. But overall, I give it 5 stars! »

« We wanted a dog friendly centrally located place to stay allowing us to both explore the fingerlakes and spend a day at Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. This property was perfect and I would highly recommend it. The bonus was viewing deer grazing in the back yard. »
