Villa Centauro

This villa stands out for its modern and welcoming design, making it ideal for guests looking to unwind near the sea without giving up comfort. Located in a quiet residential area of San Juan de los Terreros, just 600 metres from the beach and close to all essential services, it is a single-storey detached villa, perfect for families with children or elderly guests. Opposite the main entrance, there are pleasant landscaped areas that provide a green and open setting.

The villa has three bedrooms, including a suite with a private bathroom, a second full bathroom, and a spacious living area featuring a modern kitchen with a peninsula and a living-dining room with a Smart TV and access to Movistar+, Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and other entertainment services. The Airzone system allows each room to be individually climate-controlled, while high-speed Wi-Fi ensures a reliable, uninterrupted connection. Outside, guests can enjoy an 11 m² covered porch with a dining area and a second Smart TV, a barbecue, sun loungers and a private saltwater swimming pool with maintenance included, as well as private parking.

Groups of young people are not accepted. Electricity consumption is limited to 40 kWh per day; any excess consumption will be charged to the guest.

San Juan de los Terreros offers fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters awarded Blue Flag status, including the popular Mar Serena Beach and the distinctive Los Cocedores Beach, with its unique rock-sculpted landscape. Along the coastline, visitors can discover the unspoilt coves of the Cuatro Calas area and the impressive “Pichirichi” rock formation. San Juan de los Terreros Castle, built in 1764 on a promontory, offers spectacular views. The Giant Geode of Pulpí, a mineralogical wonder unique in the world, is also well worth a visit, as is the Terreros Island and Isla Negra Natural Monument, a protected volcanic environment in the heart of the Mediterranean.

Aguilón Golf Course is located just 4 km away, and there is also a diving centre in the area. Guests will find numerous seafront restaurants serving tapas and seafood, summer entertainment and hiking routes such as the Geode Trail and the Los Cocedores Trail. The local council organises cultural activities including theatre performances, street markets, concerts and water sports, while kayak, paddleboarding and diving excursions are also available. With such a varied setting, the villa is the perfect base from which to enjoy the sea, nature and culture in one of the most authentic corners of the Almería and Murcia coastline.
