Property Summary  
The beautiful villa "Salamander" is a three-story vacation rental situated in Štinjan, 5 km from Pula, Croatia. This private property of 1'300 m2 offers a wildlife garden with flowers and a relaxing outdoor area with a swimming pool (9 x 5 m, 140 cm depth) featuring an internal staircase, salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system, and seasonal availability from May 9th to October 3rd. It provides amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court nearby.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a stunning outdoor space, including a 20 m2 terrace, garden furniture, and a children's playground with a swing. Enjoy the convenience of a shower/WC and an outdoor shower in the pool area. Additionally, there is a private outdoor kitchen equipped with two hot plates and a fridge, allowing you to savor al fresco dining experiences.

You will be residing in a spacious 6-room villa spanning 315 square meters across three levels. The living and dining areas feature satellite TV with a flat-screen display and air conditioning, providing a comfortable ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. The living area opens up to a terrace, allowing seamless indoor-outdoor living. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities for preparing delectable meals. The kitchen also enjoys the added comfort of air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation home is outfitted with an array of amenities to enhance your stay. The property features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (portable), a dishwasher, satellite TV, a jacuzzi bathtub, heating (available at an extra cost), a microwave, and multiple televisions, including flat-screen models. The maximum capacity of the villa is 12 guests, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The villa boasts three terraces, one measuring 20 square meters and roofed, while the other two are 10 square meters each. These outdoor spaces are furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, providing the perfect setting to soak in the beautiful views of the sea and the swimming pool. Additional facilities include a safe, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. The villa also features a reserved roofed parking spot for one car. Please note that when there are fewer guests than the maximum capacity, one floor of the villa will not be accessible for use.
