This villa is located just a few kilometres from Pula, in Vintijan. With a 10-minute drive you will already be on the beautiful beaches of Pula, Premantura or Pjescana Uvala. A beautifully decorated interior in warm tones will be your home away from home when you choose this unique villa for your holiday. With three air-conditioned bedrooms and two extra beds in the living area, the villa can accommodate eight people. In addition to the spacious interiors, the outdoor area with a private pool will not disappoint. Relax on the sun loungers and enjoy your holiday with your loved ones. If you have a pet, you don't have to worry because it is also welcome!  
It is 2 km from the property to the beach and 4 km to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 2 km from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 1 km.
