The villa is located in Pula, close to all historical sights, bars, restaurants etc. It is surrounded by a fairly large piece of land - approx. 1600 m2, with a large garden, outdoor dining area, outdoor jacuzzi and a 60m2 pool. The outdoor area is large enough to accommodate 10 people. The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with large double beds, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. There is also a sixth bathroom. The living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a stylish dining area and a comfortable living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as a sleeping option for two people. From the living area you have direct access to the pool area and garden, where you can spend unforgettable summer days - either in the pool, where you will find cooling off from the sun, or on the children's playground, where you will spend nice moments with your kids, or just in the shade of the outdoor kitchen, while reading your favorite summer novel or enjoying a delicious meal. It's up to you, you just have to decide! Villa San Demich is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Pula is the most important and largest port in Istria, and recently a real tourist treasure. The well-protected bay of Pula is one of the best natural harbors in the Adriatic. The town, surrounded by the lush green landscape of southern Istria, possesses exceptional beauty and culture.
