Property Summary  
Marialba is a modern, luxurious villa located 3 km from the center of Pula, Croatia. The property boasts a spacious 3,482 m2 fenced area with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxation. It features a seasonal angular swimming pool (9 x 5 m, 45 m2, depth 135 cm, available from May 1 to October 1) with internal stairs, a shower/WC area, a hot tub, a terrace (20 m2) with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a barbecue house. You will also find parking for up to 3 cars on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor space is a true highlight of this holiday rental, with a beautiful garden area perfect for unwinding. The angular swimming pool, which is available seasonally from May 1 to October 1, offers a refreshing retreat with its internal staircase and a depth of 135 cm. You can also enjoy the hot tub and a spacious 20 m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a dedicated barbecue house.

The villa provides convenient amenities such as internet access, air conditioning, and a washing machine. It is conveniently located near essential services, with a grocery store just 450 m away, a shopping center 3 km away, and a restaurant 1 km from the property. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a shower/WC, and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It features an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace. Furthermore, the villa includes Air Conditioning, a Washing Machine, a Barbecue area, a Dishwasher, Satellite TV, a Jacuzzi Bathtub, Heat Available, a Microwave, and a Television. The maximum capacity of the villa is six guests, and it offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
