It is structured on two floors and has a porch and a garden. It has just been renovated, on the ground floor is the living room and the eat-in kitchen while on the second floor there are the double bedroom, a room divided into two rooms with two single beds and a bunk bed and finally the bathroom with shower. . In the structure there are also another double bedroom with a small bathroom with only a sink and toilet. There is also an outdoor area with a sliding door where you can take a shower (half-open) and where the washing machine is located. The house is equipped with a 40 '' flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, iron, possible additional cot for children, pots and pans, various tablecloths for inside and outside, sheets and towels (with spare part), personal hygiene products such as liquid soap, shampoo, bath foam, household cleaning products and laundry detergent. In addition there are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The white beach of Santa Margherita (see photo) can be reached on foot at about 400 meters. Nearby about 7 minutes by car there are the towns of Chia with its numerous and beautiful beaches and after another ten minutes by car one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia is the "Tuerredda" beach. The coast can still be visited from the sea through day trips organized with boats offering lunch on board or by renting rafts and boats in general. Nearby, about fifteen minutes by car in the direction of Pula, there is the 18 hole golf course of "Is Molas". You can also visit the Roman ruins of the city of Nora with its theater still used today. In the evening the town of Pula (fifteen minutes by car from Villa Francesca) offers pleasant evenings to the numerous tourists present with its clubs and shopping streets.
