Your private holiday house with the pool is near the city centre, but outside of the crowded streets. Just few minutes by the car from the gorgeous beaches of south Istria. Your own garage make you feel more comfortable with the parking and sun shadow. In the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with matrimonial beds, and 2 bathrooms. Inside stairs leads to the first floor, with one more bedroom (with the access to the the terrace), one more bathroom, spacious living room with couch, kitchen with dining area and comfortable terrace with the pool view. The holiday house can accommodate up to 7 persons. All bedrooms have air-condition.

Outside you can find lovely loungers by the pool and the shower. From the relaxing pool area you can access the green oase with its outdoor dining area and barbecue. Relax with a cold drink in the shadow of the outside kitchen area while your children are playing around on the grass in the fully fenced backyard. Or enjoy in the firs floor terrace with the view on the backyard and pool area...

Note: Hot tub outside available in April, May, June (when needed), September, October, November

The location of the holiday house is just perfect, ensuring you complete relaxation and peace, but if you decide to leave the comforts of your holiday house, just a few minutes drive is needed to reach stunning beaches, or 10 minutes by foot to the old historical town of Pula!


NOTE: Refundable damage deposit :

Standard deposit is 300,00 Eur / stay

For young groups :
- up to 4 persons - 400,00 Eur / stay
- 5 - 7 persons - 100,00 Eur per person / stay

It's payable upon arrival and fully refunded at departure when everything is ok!
