Stayed for 2 nights with our 2 young children. Everything was perfect, accommodation clean and actually much better than the photos. Swimming pool was bliss and the surroundings amazing. Jean and his wife were so welcoming and we were made to feel very much at home. Would highly recommend and will definitely return if we are in the area

We had a fantastic time at B&B Noailles in Monbadon. The main room as a good size for our family of 4. Air con was very good. BBQ area outside was lovely, over looking the vineyard. Area is incredibly peaceful with some lovely local walks through the vineyards and past some gorgeous old properties. Breakfast was classic French from the local boulangerie everyday. Jean and Karen were incredibly helpful and went out of their way every morning to help with our plans for the day. St Emilion is 15 minutes away in the car, local restaurants are nearer and there is a min market and butchers in Puisseguin. And we can’t do our review without mentioning the pool, which was great. Thoroughly recommend this place for anybody looking for the peace and quiet of the Bordeaux countryside.

Jean was an excellent host. He went out of his way to be friendly, talk in our language, and be accommodating to our needs. A must stay for a beautiful peaceful space in the outskirts of Bordeaux.

A Delightful Haven Amongst the Vineyards

We had a delightful stay in this beautiful setting near Puisseguin and Saint-Emilion. The guest house is a restored home from the year 1450. It is comfortable and well-appointed. The property is surrounded by vineyards. It is close to Saint-Emilion as well as host of other small villages and hundreds of chateaus. The swimming pool is wonderful place to relax, read and cool off after a day of touring the wineries and country-side. Your host, Jean, is a delight to speak with and learn about. He will make you feel very comfortable and welcome. If you are travelling to the Saint-Emilion area, this is the place to stay!

A magical place

We stayed for 5 nights in order to tour the Saint-Emilio region. The Chambre d’hôte is conveniently located to many points of interest and excellent restaurants. In addition to the great location, we enjoyed the authentic buildings and surroundings and the warm and generous hospitality of the owner.

Un havre de paix!

Chambre confortable au milieu des vignes, bien située pour visiter les alentours! Petit plus pour la petite cuisine qui peut dépanner. Jean et sa fille sont des hôtes très sympathiques, un accueil discret et en toute simplicité. Jean a anticipé nos demandes en préparant les infos nécessaires à notre séjour (restaurants et châteaux à visiter). Au top!

Paysage magnifique !

Séjour très agréable dans propriété en pierre au sein des vignobles. Ideal pour rayonner dans les villages alentours. La climatisation et la piscine ont été bienvenues avec les enfants et la chaleur. Les propriétaires ont été très chaleureux et nous ont donné de très bons conseils.
