« Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and large, clean rooms. Beds were okay - not too soft or hard. Water pressure was excellent. Use of gym across parking lot was a huge plus. The only real negative was we could hear the tv in the adjoining room next to us and what sounded like a young child running back and forth repeatedly in a room. But other than fairly thin walls, it was a great overnight stay. Most everyone was respectfully quiet. »

« When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled.
