We liked that out door place to sit and 24 hr coffee. The room air-conditioner did not work and the over head light kept blinking all night. The outside temp was 85 degrees. The staff did not care about either of these problems and offered no compensation. Fantastic outdoor common areas including a shaded meeting area, a hammock, and a lounge chair. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Next the neutrals: The staff were polite, but not overly friendly. Rooms were clean but cramped. Our four person room probably would have been better suited for three or possibly two. Finally, the cons: The sheets had some minor stains. However, since the entire hotel is immaculate, we knew they were stained rather than dirty.
