Located on the ground floor it is a very large apartment with a patio out front which looks out to the pool and gardens. It is located adjacent to the arroyo and is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. It is close to the pedestrian bridge allowing you easy access to the old side of town or to the restaurants and shops in the newer part of town. We are down on the flat area so there is no need to be hiking up and down the hill further south of us. We have a BBQ grill in the pool area. There is also a BBQ grill up on the roof area with views out to the ocean. If you need to find a place for more than 6 people we have additional options in the Riverway Apartments. It is located alongside the river so is very easy to get to the old part for the market and also to get to Centro. The garden and pool were a great spot to relax. The owners were quick to communicate and were onsite which was helpful. The property was quiet but we did hear some noise at night from the river walkway.
