Overall, we really liked this property. The positives included the location, access to the beach, and the property's walkability. The room was also very nice, with a cute patio area, where we upgraded to the hot tub room. We did have some frustrations with the property. The internet only worked for \~30% of our stay, and even when it was working, it dropped frequently. For someone who was trying to work, this was difficult. The hot tub was nice, but it wasn't really possible to get the temperature to the high 90s+, so it was more of a warm tub. The safe wasn't operational. Finally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, like a rock. If you like sleeping on cement, this is the mattress for you. Mi estancia en Villas Tita Casitas cumplió totalmente mi objetivo de descanso. El personal, especialmente Ricardo, fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El hospedaje destaca por su diseño único, alejado del concepto de un hotel típico. La habitación es hermosa, muy amplia y con gran estilo (incluyendo plantas en el exterior). A pesar del calor excesivo, la habitación es notablemente fresca incluso sin usar el aire acondicionado. El Jacuzzi esta excelente. Adicional, cuenta con caja fuerte, microondas, cafetera y frigobar. El ingreso al complejo y a la habitación se realiza de forma cómoda y segura mediante código. Como sugerencia, una televisión con mayores pulgadas mejoraría la experiencia. Ubicación y Accesibilidad: El área es conveniente; a dos o tres cuadras hay farmacias, restaurantes y OXXO. Sin embargo, es importante considerar que el hospedaje está a pie de montaña. La playa está cerca, pero el acceso es a través de varias escaleras, lo que hace la subida exigente, pero puedes llegar por la calle principal para evitar escaleras. Nota de Accesibilidad: Debido a las escaleras para acceder a la habitación y a que las calles circundantes son empedradas, el alojamiento podría no ser apto o cómodo para personas con movilidad reducida o que utilicen sillas de ruedas. This was our last stay on a Tanner 11 night 17th anniversary trip for my wife and I and I think this was our favorite. Aside from the all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva that’s six to $700 a night, this place ended up being around 100 a night & the room was bigger, it was quieter and more peaceful, and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back as this is the perfect location in the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta and it’s like the name says a little villa with a private Jacuzzi outside. We felt like royalty for $100 a night. LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is new, safe, quiet and well appointed with your own balcony and hot tub. I booked a last minute trip to PV and looked at all of the popular places all the gays stay and got to reading the often sketchy and unpleasant things others said. Needless to say did not book the other places and went to Expedia to review the places that weren't too expensive and had good reviews. I stumbled upon Villa Tita because the reviews were all "execptional". I saw the rate/night along with the amenities and didn't think it was legit yet decided to book. The place sits right across the street from Almar (popular gay hotel where the Mantamar Pool club sits in front of). That being said,...you'll have lots of entertainment to choose from and a short stair climb down to all of the beach action. Downtown PV is about a 15 mins walk and I would say is probably the reason the cost of this place is so reasonable. Villa Tita has a very attentive hotel concierge guy that can arrange for the room cleanings (if needed) and have your water, coffee or provided fancy soaps/shampoo/bodywash replenished. Villa Tita has keyboards for heightened security and ease of use for their guests. The design of the place makes you feel like you're in the latest White Lotus episode. I was fortunate to have a room (all with balcony and a hottub) that also had a view of the ocean.
