The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Perfect location and property that was well maintained. We stayed at the La Estancia attached to the Flamingos. We were happy we choose La Estancia side as it was a tad less noisy/busy. Overall amazing stay, property, service/staff. We will be back. The Pilz family

The elevators never seemed to work properly. Very difficult to get the elevator to go to the second floor It would have been nice to have a map of the two resorts with the names of the restaurants and their menus given to us upon our arrival so we knew what or dining options were in the area
