Poor customer service when it came to dining at the bar and ocean view chairs - never brought my drinks, took forever with my food (cold) and charged an automatic 12%+ tips on all bills. Food is low quality, needs seasoning.
Hotel cleanliness and comfort was great! Maids are amazing! Very detailed!
