Our 5th Floor condo is located in one of the most sought after location in Vallarta, the building was completed in the fall of 2014\. The building has a rooftop terrace with a 25 meter (80 feet) salt water infinity pool, BBQ Grill, plenty of lounging and sitting area, sun or shade area to please everyone. 360-degree views. THE PARK condominiums building is just one block from the best beaches and the El Malecon seaside boardwalk. Our location offers all the conveniences of city living, yet a few steps to Los Muertos Beach. No hills. Outstanding nightlife, excellent restaurants, beachside bars, shopping and much more. Located on the 5th floor, this modern condo is 940 square foot, has upgraded designer finishes and decor and awaits your arrival. The master bedroom features a relaxing king size bed Tempur-pedic mattress. The bedroom also has an en suite bathroom equipped with extra large walking shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed. It also has an individual air conditioning unit for our guest comfort. This condo comfortably sleeps 3-4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances: gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, granite countertops. You like to cook? everything you need to prepare a good meal awaits you. The entire building has filtered water from the tap or the refrigerator/icemaker. This also makes for a soothing water while showering. The living room has a large comfortable sofa a large 4K HDR Smart TV, a Blue Ray DVD player. This unit has 3 silent and efficient mini splits air conditioning units that works separately for everyone's comfort. Other features include Wifi throughout the unit and a phone line for free calls to the US, Canada and Mexico. Sliding doors to the balcony open completely for those who want to feel the Puerto Vallarta mild wind. Forget about the cold winter, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy. Well maintained and clean. Nice supply of kitchen dishes, cups, and utensils. It can be noisy at night if that bothers you. Our daughter loved swimming in the heated pool. Info sent ahead of arrival regarding check in and out instructions mentioned that a building manager would meet us, but we never heard from him. We didn't see a welcome binder as mentioned either. We were welcomed and given keys by the front desk security staff, though, and it was nice having them there for peace of mind. We would first like to thank Diane the owner for opening this amazing property for all of us to Enjoy! This condo is beautiful. It is in the prime Romantica location in PV. The condo is fully equipped and you need nothing. We have stayed in many condos and this was now our top pick. The condo is perfect. It’s not just set up for day use but to actually live in, so makes it feel like home. If there is any bad reviews do not pay attention to them as I will be the first to admit, I’m kinda booshy when it comes to the condo I stay in and this one is a 10plus!!! The rooftop pool tile was like ice. O our next to last day, I witnessed two falls and then I fell and sprained my left knee; the ice machine was broken; no bar tender and no food. Plus shampoo and soaps. Lots of cups, dishware and cookware in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit, with laundry detergent. Unit was very clean and furniture felt new. Air conditioning worked well. Rooftop pool is saltwater, so no chlorine smell! And very peaceful. Building is very safe, with keycard access and 24 hour security. Unit has an in-room safe as well. The only negative was that the building across the street has just started some major reconstruction, so we heard lots of banging noises during the day, and sometimes music and yelling from the construction workers. Overall, though, this condo is terrific, and the bedrooms are VERY quiet. ##### Vince K. Kitchen was well supplied and apartment had a lot of nice upgrades with beautiful bathroom and recessed lighting. Only slight drawback was master has no windows and overhead lighting gave feeling of fluorescent lights. I’d say put in some better lightbulbs and I probably wouldn’t care about the window. The unit has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We did run into an issue with inconsistent messaging from the staff at the front desk with regard to having guests over, where one staff member told us that no guests were allowed after 10pm. This seemed to be an arbitrary rule put in place by one person, but it did impact our ability to have friends over one night. Other than that it was a great stay. ##### Karen S. She truly has made her condo with the comforts of home in mind. The kitchen is well equipped;beds and furniture were comfortable and there are many options for storage. It is perfect to walk to everything in Old Town. The building staff is always friendly and here to help. The unit is great for a stay. It's well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect although if you like to sit on the deck the bus noise is a bit overwhelming. Sergio was great (the property manager) and everything was for the most part as expected. The building staff were very friendly and helpful. We have been going down to this part of PV for 34 years so we have a unique perspective on what to expect and what we like. overall, the property was a great value and Diane (the owner) was very responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a two bedroom (with one bath), with a great location you can't go wrong here. If you're going with another couple the one bathroom might present a challenge. ##### Barry L.
