This safe gated community is within1 block of the beach, 2 blocks of the famous Port, and walking distance of multiple restaurants and shopping. This spacious 1,161 sq. ft. second floor condo features 2 beds and 2 baths. Uniquely, it has two private balconies. One overlooks the sparkling pool, and the other opens off both bedrooms through large sliding doors. The newly remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, and appliances. When you walk in, you will enjoy the vibrance of Hacienda living with modern touches. The master bedroom with King size bed has a fully remodeled ensuite with marble countertops. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds with a newly remodeled ensuite. It is not a resort but rather a small complex of 16 units mostly snowbirds and some Mexicans. It is well maintained and very clean. It is 50 Meters from the beach and walking distance to a convenience store, larger grocery store and restaurants It is a great place for family with teenagers to stay, there are two bathrooms and full kitchen. You are a short walk to the beach are and the complex is located close to restaurants, shopping and short Taxi to the older part of Puerto Vallarta. Not fond of the info from the owner/manager as they said the property would be fine for people who are mobility challenged. The condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed - including beach chairs and an umbrella! We enjoyed going to Playa de Oro and the umbrella came into good use :) The location of the condo also allowed us to easily visit the Malecon board walk and downtown area. Mary was very responsive and helped answer all our questions. She was also very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in PV and we look forward to visiting in the future! ##### Andronica T. Would have liked to know that the Chedraui store was so close, we would have avoided Walmart and saved the taxi fare if we knew that. Also, a small thing but would be nice if ice trays were filled before we arrived. The place was clean and tidy and Rene does a great job with upkeep of the property. ##### Judith M. We had a wonderful stay! Mary was very communicative and extremely accommodating when we needed anything.
