Enjoy a peaceful getaway in this beautiful studio, located at the highly sought-after V-177 building in the Romantic Zone. Only steps away from Los Muertos beach and surrounded by the city's top restaurants, bars, and shops, this serene oasis is the perfect escape. The building boasts luxurious amenities, including a rooftop heated infinity pool, jetted tub, fitness center, BBQ area, and 24-hour security, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This ground floor studio is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and plenty of natural ligh, making it perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a convenient stay in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. BEDROOM The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and is completed with a dedicated workspace for those who need to get some work done or study in peace and quiet. LIVING ROOM The living area boasts an open plan design, providing a spacious and airy feel. The comfortable seating arrangement invites you to relax and unwind, and it has a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. BATHROOM The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a walk-in shower and plenty of towels. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following hours: \- Pool: open 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 12 AM Friday - Sunday. \- Gym: open 7 AM - 10 PM daily Other things to note Visitor Policy: A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed, and they must be registered with security upon arrival. Visitors are only permitted inside the condo and do not have access to common areas. Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and overnight stays are not allowed. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. The property manager was super helpful and very responsive and I would definitely recommend them as well as this particular condo.
