Welcome to Casa del Coco, a perfect stay for large groups in the heart of 5 de Diciembre, Puerto Vallarta nearby the beaches.  
  
This thoughtfully designed home is made up of two separate apartments—perfect for friends, families, or remote workers traveling together. With five bedrooms total, Casa del Coco offers the ideal balance of shared gathering spaces and personal privacy.  
  
Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy 3-bedroom apartment with authentic Mexican charm. The space features arched doorways, rich terracotta tile, and hand-painted accents that give it a warm, traditional feel. While it has a naturally darker tone, the space has been thoughtfully lit and styled to feel cozy and inviting. Each bed includes a memory foam topper for added comfort, and the unit has a full kitchen, living room, and private patio with a washer/dryer—great for longer stays.  
  
Upstairs, things open up. The 2-bedroom apartment is light and airy, with king-sized beds, high ceilings, and plenty of natural sunlight. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for socializing or relaxing, and there’s an outdoor dining area and a balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or gather as a group.  
  
Both spaces are decorated in a relaxed, boho-inspired style with neutral tones, natural materials, and tropical plants throughout. There's fast Wi-Fi, comfy seating, and all the essentials you need for a laid-back stay.  
  
Located in central 5 de Diciembre, Casa del Coco is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, local taco joints, cafés, and fruit stands. The Malecón and Zona Romántica are also a short ride or stroll away, making it easy to explore everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer while still coming home to a quiet, residential vibe.
