A very HONEST review since we made the mistake of booking with no reviews on this property. This is a developers suite that won’t sell. It has minimal furniture and won’t sell for a reason…. This unit faces the busy highway through PV. Which normally wouldn’t be a problem, however the patio doors are not sliding noise barriers. They are accordion style that don’t seal the unit. So you can literally hear everything! Secondly, this unit is on the 1st floor, and as this building is designed every resident must pass this floor and the unit to get to the various elevators in this building. The bedroom is located on this hallway, and that wall is a gigantic single pane slinging door with zero sound barrier. If someone whispers you can hear it! So you can imagine at ALL hours day and night this noise will keep you up…. The staff and cleaners start at 5:30am and will also keep you up with noise and chatter.Lastly the management said that towels would be delivered, but due to them ‘running out’ were supplied with these 2 days later.The only thing good about this unit is the pool, however you are not allowed to bring anything of your own up there. Not even a water! It must be purchased from the bar and the price for a bottle of water and 2 steak tacos was 50!!
