"The governor's suite was amazing and absolutely beautiful. The staff was very attentive with occasional language barriers. They have a difficult time understanding the English language. The rooms are cleaned daily. The elevators are small and lacked air conditioning. The Mijito bar was hot and the seasalt steak house restaurant because there was no ac. The seasalt restaurant should be converted to a beachfront candlelight establishment with the option of eating indoors in the event of rain which it rained every night we were there. inconvenienced for 2 days because the hotel phones were not in service. The food was good with many selections to choose from. Room service was punctual and the food pretty good. Looking forward to returning to the Governor's or presidential suites.. The room was amazing and the balconies views beautiful. The beach was fun and enjoyable. The staff does a great job keeping everything clean and disinfected. The Mexican restaurant, the Asian and buffet was pretty good eating. The drinks were good! Not enough enjoyable entertainment at night but the karaoke was absolutely fun! The daytime activities were also very fun at the pool! Irs easy to purchase excursions and the concierge staff were helpful except when they sermed confused regarding making reservations for the restaurants. You DO HAVE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS OR YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY FROM THE RESTAURANTS!!! We did not dine in the Italian restaurant because we could not get reservation"

"This hotel is beautiful! It is set right in the jungle. The beaches are nice, the pools are great, and the staff is amazing. Everything was very clean. The food was pretty good. I would definitely recommend people staying here. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, the views breathtaking. The AC worked very well, it was clean, and it was comfortable. The upgrade options we got were a very nice perk. Amazing value for the money. I would definitely recommend people stay here"
