The Space: Nestled within the unique Marbella Condominium complex, this condo is a blend of modernity and rustic charm. The unit has been recently updated and features traditional Mexican decor, beautiful wood furnishings, thoughtful extras, and a tranquil vibe perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The property and condo area are family-friendly, with a shallow pool in the communal area and available extras for rent, such as a travel crib and high chair. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable living room with floor-to-ceiling doors that open up to the private patio with a dining table for meals al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home and with an indoor dining table and breakfast bar for sit-down meals. There are two comfy bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom features a cozy king bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom features two double beds. Both rooms come with air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep. A shared bathroom caters to the needs of all guests. Beyond the interiors, the condominium showcases incredible tropical vegetation, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Two swimming pools, one for children and another for adults, beckon for a refreshing dip. With 24-hour security and private parking, you can rest easy knowing you're in a safe and secure environment. Guest Access: You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. If you are arriving by car, there is parking onsite, which is first come, first served. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.
