Très bel établissement. Appartement luxueux avec toutes les commodités. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients .Je recommande de réserver les appartements aux étages supérieurs pour une meilleure vue sur la ville et la mer. La piscine sur le toit est définitivement un WOW avec sa vue spectaculaire sur toute la baie de Puerto Vallarta. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et un funiculaire est disponible pour éviter les escaliers. En plein milieu de la zone romantique , beaucoup de choix de restaurants. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances au Pinnacle 220.

Terrasse très bruyant à cause des ventilateurs de l'air climatisé de l'hôtel donc pas très agréable mais pour le reste très bien !

Excellent choix
L'hôtel est bien situé et très proche de ma plage. Le bâtiment est récent et la chambre est très spacieuse. La qualité et quantité des équipements présent dans la chambre est tout simplement fantastique. Il y a tout même une machine à laver et un sèche linge. La piscine sur le toit est magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant et très serviable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Bien situé dans le la vieille ville, très propre, très confortable, cuisine bien équipé, piscine sur le toit extraordinaire,sécurisé, bon service ! Seul point négatif très bruyant côté montagne.

The only downside to this property is the shared roof space that anyone can use, it’s a popular meeting spot so it was always full with no seating for the pool even though we were staying there. Property is very nice and updated with a friendly and attentive staff. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again

The trip turn out to be very disappointing. Not to put the total blame on Pinnacle, but using their VIP service it got intercepted by a time share scan artist. They need to protect their customers a little better at the airport. Also I order a few things for the room and no one responded to the request. The next responses was for the transfer and mini bar service. Needless to say when I check in they had both request, so I paid double. The mini bar and the original request. Mexico is just full of scam artist, be very cautious when visiting.

This is a and amazing modern condo in a cop location immaculately kept with five star service by all the staff a shout out goes to the front desk clerk who actually got a hold of the taxi cab that I left my phone in who is trying to hack it, and they convinced him to bring it back. We’ve already booked next year.

Great place. I would not recommend using the VIP transportation from the airport to the Pinnacle. They were 2 hours late and no chargers were removed. We took a taxi back for half the cost and on time. The place was great otherwise. Highly recommend staying here.

It’s a nice property located on top of the hill. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen and the utensils you want/need. Had a full gym and rooftop pool too, which is nice.

This is a great and affordable location!!! It has an infinity pool at the top of the building and it overlooks everything. It adds to the relaxation and serenity you expect from a vacation.

Unusual refund policy requiring request 60d ahead
Pros: great service stuff people. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Cons: refund needs to request ahead of 60 days. That's too long. I didn't pay attention such an unusual refundable period and requested before 50 days. The admin team didn't help me.

This may be my 5th time staying at this hotel property and definitely a super comfortable place with superb staff. The utmost courteous personnel all around and the room/apartment was terrific. Great location, nice infinity pool on the top floor with bar and beverage services. I’ve no doubt I’ll be back again!

The communication is terrible. I had a medical emergency and had to leave a day early and the hotel did absolutely nothing to accommodate my early departure. They didn’t offer any sort of credit for a future stay, or offer a refund. I asked the front desk to have a manager call me, they told me the manager started at 1 pm, and I never heard a word whatsoever. Beyond the credit, the hotel is outdated and has old interior motif, shower valve handle comes off when you move it and then you need to try and align it back up just so to reinsert the handle, moldy grout, and towels that smell like bleach, that are rough and worn. There are so many other, newer hotels nearby, and I will never stay at the Pinnacle again. Ultimately, they lost me as a customer because of their inability to communicate and their unwillingness to show empathy. Tisk Tisk!

Definitely do NOT recommend the 2 bedroom townhouse room category. You feel like you’re in a basement with no view behind a wall and a fence. Was forced to upgrade to a suite.

There is no VIP treatment for this property outside getting a $7 bottle of wine. The location can't be beaten but our room was filthy with copious amounts of dust. You are paying top dollar to stay in the Romantic Zone. The rooftop bar tends to be frequented by non-guests who are not there for the most appropriate reasons. Even my father-in-law who is 85 had this experience. The property needs to be maintained better for the prices. They are extremely strict about check-in and check-out. All in all, it's OK. It's not an amazing experience but it's located to great restaurants and shopping. By booking through my fav third party travel website, you are not given the best room or the room that you thought that you had booked. That happened previously. Now, I don't even book a room with a view. It minimizes any possibilities of conflicts with the front desk over the room that you thought that you were getting.
