The communication is terrible. I had a medical emergency and had to leave a day early and the hotel did absolutely nothing to accommodate my early departure. They didn’t offer any sort of credit for a future stay, or offer a refund. I asked the front desk to have a manager call me, they told me the manager started at 1 pm, and I never heard a word whatsoever.
Beyond the credit, the hotel is outdated and has old interior motif, shower valve handle comes off when you move it and then you need to try and align it back up just so to reinsert the handle, moldy grout, and towels that smell like bleach, that are rough and worn.
There are so many other, newer hotels nearby, and I will never stay at the Pinnacle again.
Ultimately, they lost me as a customer because of their inability to communicate and their unwillingness to show empathy. Tisk Tisk!
